RETURNS

We offer one free return on an unworn, non-custom piece with original packaging within 14 days.  

Once an order is shipped, we can not refund shipping for a return. If the order is canceled prior to shipment, it can be refunded. 

Clearance items are always final sale. 

• Tarnishing Jewelry
  
• All of our jewelry is gold filled so it is tarnish resistant. If your jewelry does tarnish, we offer the following:
• Within 30 days: We will replace the item at not cost to you
• 31-90 days: We will offer a 1 time use code to replace the item at 50% of its original cost. 
• 90+ days: The customer is responsible for replacing the item.
